Condenser Coil Cleaning
Condenser coils play a critical role in the operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. These coils are responsible for releasing the heat that the refrigerant absorbs while it's inside the building. When the coils become dirty or clogged with debris, they can't release heat efficiently, which can lead to a number of problems:
Reduced energy efficiency: Dirty condenser coils make it harder for the system to release heat, which means the system has to work harder to achieve the same level of cooling. This can result in higher energy bills.
Reduced cooling capacity: If the condenser coils are unable to release heat efficiently, the system may struggle to keep up with the cooling demands of the building. This can result in reduced cooling capacity, which can make the building less comfortable.
Increased wear and tear: When the system has to work harder to achieve the same level of cooling, it puts more stress on the components. This can lead to increased wear and tear, which can shorten the lifespan of the system.
System breakdowns: Over time, the stress caused by dirty condenser coils can cause components to fail, which can result in costly repairs and downtime for the system.
Why us?
Large coverage area. The majority of our condenser coils are cleaned between New York and South Carolina. For a large enough project or grouping or store we will travel.
Equipment. We have dedicated rigs, designed to clean coils efficiently. This allows us to serve hundreds of stores in a timely manner. We full flush the coils with 10-15 gallons per minute.
Expertise. Our techs are trained by refrigeration companies. We provide annual service for REMCO, COOLSYS, and TRIANGLE. We are also members of TRANE’s vendor list.
Convenience. Fast email and phone response. You need a job completed. We will get it done timely!
